Who we are
HHM Custom Homes LLC operates HHM Core PM and connected services. This policy takes effect October 6, 2026. It covers our website, contractor account, and mobile access.
What we collect
Account information includes your name, email, phone number, company, account ID, and role. Project information includes jobs, estimates, photos, videos, documents, measurements, addresses, location when you share it, messages, and other records you upload or enter. HHM Connect can provide lead, contact, appointment, and communication records.
Stripe handles payment details. We do not store card numbers. We keep billing IDs, subscription status, transaction records, and invoices. We also collect device notification details, notification preferences, usage details, and error or security logs. Logs can include browser or device details, IP addresses, and account IDs.
How we use information
We use information to run the service, deliver project tools and messages, provide support, manage billing, protect accounts and improve the product. HHM Intelligence uses the project details, prompts, documents or photos you choose for drafting and assistance. Review its output before using it.
Your contractor's customer data
Your contractor owns and controls its customer data. HHM handles that data for the contractor. Company administrators decide who can access company records. If you are a contractor's customer, ask the contractor to access, correct, export, or delete project records. We can help send your request to the right place.
Service partners and connected services
We share information with service partners for hosting, sign-in, data storage, files, payments, messaging, phone features, maps, HHM Intelligence drafting, and photo assistance. These partners include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, HighLevel through HHM Connect, Twilio, Google, and Anthropic. Use these features only with information you have permission to share.
When a contractor connects EagleView, QuickBooks, or Meta pages, reports, accounting records, contacts, or page messages can pass between HHM and that service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We disclose records when the law requires it, to protect rights, or to respond to a lawful request. We do not sell personal information.
Camera, microphone, location and push permissions
Camera and photo access let you attach job photos or use measuring features when you choose them. Microphone access supports voice dictation or calling when you choose those features; your device or browser can process speech through its own speech service. Location supports maps, addresses and measuring features when you share it. These features do not require continuous background location tracking. Push permission lets us deliver job and account notifications. Change permissions in your device or browser settings.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and project data while the account is active and while we need it to provide the service. After we confirm your identity for a deletion request, we delete or anonymize the personal data in that request within 30 days. We keep only records required for tax, accounting, legal obligations, or disputes. Removing a team member does not erase company-owned project history. Tell us if you want to close the company account as well as delete a personal account.
We work with the services that handle affected data for us. For separate account deletion, contact the independently connected service. See How to delete your account and data for the request process.
Security measures
We encrypt information while it moves between you and HHM. We use sign-in controls and company access settings to keep company records separate. Your role and assigned work set the records you can open. No system can guarantee security. Protect your sign-in details and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
Your privacy rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. We confirm your identity and authority before releasing or deleting records. Company-owned records need the company administrator's involvement. Contact us if you want to withdraw permission for an optional feature.
Your state’s applicable privacy law sets your rights to know what personal information we collect and disclose, get a portable copy, correct or delete it, and appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate when you exercise privacy rights. A representative can submit a request with proof of authority. Email us to exercise a right or appeal a decision.
Children
The service is for construction businesses and the people they allow to use it. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and remove it where required.
International users
Our operator is based in the United States. We process information in the United States and other countries where our service companies operate. Privacy laws differ by location. Contact us about rights available under the law that applies to you.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and revise the last-updated date. We provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
