Built by builders

Built on real jobs, by people still running them.

HHM Core PM is built by an active general contractor and master tradesmen. Every tool started as a problem on a real job.

Built by an active GC and master tradesmen.

The people designing the tools are the ones pricing jobs, scheduling trades and passing inspections.

Every tool starts with a real job problem.

Late materials, fuzzy proposals, lost photos, leads nobody followed up: each one became a tool.

Watched on live jobs, updated constantly.

We run our own jobs on it every day, see what gets in the way and ship fixes as problems come up.

How it works

  1. Start with one real job. Choose a project template or start blank.
  2. Keep progress with the project. Add Schedule, daily logs, photos, and decisions as work moves forward.
  3. Get instructions beside the work. Open Help from the tool when you need the next step.

Owners and office staff can review company work. Project managers, homeowners, trades, and suppliers use the views for their role.

Questions contractors ask.

What is free, who owns the leads, and how hard it is to switch.

Can I try a paid plan free?

Try any paid plan free for 14 days. Add a card to start; you are not charged until day 15. Month to month. Cancel anytime.

What does free include?

Portal Basic is free permanently. No card needed. Portal Basic includes 3 active projects, 3 team seats, and 80 ready-to-edit starter templates. Sign in from your invitation, add your people, and create your first project. Clients, trades, and suppliers never use a team seat.

Do clients and trades need paid seats?

No. Add clients, trades, and suppliers in People, assign their role and projects, and send an invitation. They open the records you share with them. Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats.

Is a lead shared with other contractors?

No. Each lead goes to one contractor at a time, never shared. If you pass, HHM can offer it to the next contractor. Once booked with you, it stays yours. Unbooked leads are free, with no monthly cap. The $69 fee applies only when HHM already booked the appointment.

Who owns my leads?

Leads from your website, ads, referrals, and phone stay yours. Enter an inquiry in Deals or connect your lead source to bring its history into Leads. HHM offers its own advertising leads separately under the lead program terms.

How do I switch from spreadsheets or another tool?

Start with one job. Bring your contact and cost lists, load or create templates, add your people, and enter the project details. Check each import before you share it. Your administrator or assigned project client can choose Export project CSV on the project overview.
