Free leads

Free leads. One lead, one contractor, never shared.

HHM runs the ads. Each lead goes to one contractor. Follow the inquiry through your lead list, conversations, estimate and signed job in HHM Core PM.

How it works

  1. Tell HHM about your business. Share your trade, service area, and project types when you ask about the program.
  2. Review the offer. Check the work, location, contact permission, appointment details, and terms before you accept it.
  3. Work the inquiry. Review customer history in Leads and manage follow-up in Deals.
  4. Keep customer history together. Connected sources add available contact, message, and appointment history to Leads.
  5. Contact the homeowner. Review the recipient and draft before calling, texting, or emailing from your available tools.
  6. Build the proposal. Save visit findings, check quantities and prices, then share the proposal from the project.

See customer-source setup, the working inquiry, the proposal process, and the lead follow-up Help Center article.

How HHM chooses a contractor

HHM reviews the trade, service area, project types, and details you share to find work that fits your business. Tell the team when those details change.

When more than one contractor fits, the program rotates offers and gives higher plans more chances to receive leads. HHM handles the offers. Each lead goes to one contractor at a time, never shared. If you pass or do not respond, HHM offers it to the next contractor. Once booked with you, the lead stays yours.

What leads cost

Unbooked leads are free

An unbooked lead is an inquiry HHM has not already booked an appointment for. Unbooked leads are free, no monthly cap. If you book the visit yourself, HHM takes nothing.

An appointment HHM has already booked

$69 applies only when HHM already booked the appointment before offering the lead to you. There are no refunds or credits, even if the homeowner is a no-show.

When you sign the job

There is no fee when you sign that job. A deposit share applies only to jobs HHM itself contracts; it does not apply simply because you sign your own contract with a homeowner from a lead.

What you do next

  1. Prepare your business details. Tell HHM your trade, service area, and project types.
  2. Choose offers that fit your work. Review each offer and its terms before accepting or passing.
  3. Set the next step with the homeowner. Read the inquiry history, then call, text, or email the homeowner from Leads.
  4. Send a proposal ready for client review. Save visit findings and check the estimate before sharing.

Follow up your way with calls, texts or email. Use the Site visit tools for notes, photos and measurements.

Your leads stay yours

Leads you bring in

Your website, your ads, your referrals and your phone inquiries belong to you. Contractor-generated or contractor-funded leads stay yours.

Leads from HHM

Each HHM lead is offered to one contractor at a time. Once booked with you, it is yours to follow through the job.

Review the terms before accepting

The program terms show collection timing and any deposit share for a job HHM itself contracts. Read the offer and your responsibilities before you accept it. Other contractors can work in your service area.
