What needs setup?

After the account owner signs in, Onboarding covers your company details, people, and first project. Phone, Receptionist, lead sources, data moves, and websites each need their own setup or a setup service.

Can I set it up myself?

Yes. Follow Onboarding, load starter templates in Admin > Templates, add people in Admin > People, and set up the connections you use. Choose a setup service when you want HHM to complete the listed work.

Seats are for your team. Everyone else is free.

A team seat is for an administrator or team member. Clients, trade partners and suppliers use their own views and never use a seat. Portal Basic includes three team seats; paid plans have no seat cap.

What happens at three projects on Portal Basic?

You can add project or seat capacity from Billing & upgrades, or move to a paid plan with unlimited projects and seats. Add-on capacity prices appear in Billing & upgrades before you confirm.

Is the project jobsite address a "location"?

No. Jobsite addresses belong to projects. The built-in business tools use your company details; each job keeps its own address.

Are there storage limits or message quotas?

Image generation, 3D models, phone and messaging show their usage and limits in the app before you use them.

Can I change plans?

Through Billing & upgrades.

Is it hard to learn?

Each person sees tools for their role and assigned projects. An administrator completes Onboarding, then the team tries one real job.

Can I get my data out?

Open the project overview and export the CSV. Keep it with signed PDFs and downloaded Documents.

Do I have to pay for leads that don't turn into jobs?

Unbooked HHM leads are free, with no monthly cap. You pay $69 only when HHM already booked the appointment before offering it. Each lead goes to one contractor and is never shared. See the published lead program terms for details.

Does it work with a weak signal on site?

PM compresses project photos and tries each upload three times. Failed uploads stay selected until the signal improves.
